  • The number and type of trash and recycling bins.
  • Your designated bin return location.
  • Gate, access, placement, or other service instructions you provide.
  • Signup information and information needed to manage your service.
  • Subscription and transaction details needed to identify and manage your plan, such as payment status and the plan selected.

2. Payment information

Payment and card information is processed securely by Stripe. Curb Crazy does not directly store your raw card number or card security code. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

3. How we use information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Process your signup and set up your service.
  • Provide bin returns at the correct address, on the correct days, and at the designated return location.
  • Communicate with you about signup, service, access, schedules, and account matters.
  • Manage recurring billing and subscriptions.
  • Provide customer support and respond to questions.
  • Improve the website and service.
  • Maintain appropriate business and transaction records.
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, or security problems.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, send service communications, maintain records, or provide the service. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to prevent fraud or misuse. Curb Crazy does not sell customer personal information.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may ask Curb Crazy to correct service information that is inaccurate. You may also cancel your recurring service as described in the Cancellation Policy.

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect.
