1. The service we provide
Curb Crazy provides a residential trash and recycling bin return service. After your normal municipal or private waste collector completes collection, we return your emptied bins from the curb to the designated location you provided.
Curb Crazy does not collect trash or recycling, empty bins, or control your municipal or private waste collector. Our service begins only after your normal collection has occurred. You remain responsible for placing your bins at the curb for collection.
Our service is limited to returning your bins to your designated location after collection.
2. Your service information
You agree to provide accurate and current information needed to perform the service, including:
- Your service address and normal collection day or days.
- The number and type of bins to be returned.
- Clear instructions for the designated bin return location.
- Any gate, access, placement, or other service instructions we need.
Please notify Curb Crazy when there is a permanent change to your normal collection schedule or other service information.
3. Safe and accessible return areas
You are responsible for making the designated return area reasonably safe and accessible. Gates, paths, driveways, and any other areas required to return your bins must be safe, unlocked when needed, unobstructed, and reasonably passable.
Curb Crazy may be unable to complete a return when access is blocked, unsafe, locked, obstructed, or otherwise inaccessible. Please provide any gate code or access instructions needed to reach the return location.
4. Collection delays and events outside our control
Curb Crazy is not responsible when your municipal or private waste collector fails to collect or empty your bins. We also do not control changes or delays to collection schedules.
Holiday schedules, severe weather, emergencies, road closures, delayed collection, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect when a return can be completed.
5. Pricing and weekly billing
1 scheduled collection day per week
$4.99/week
2 scheduled collection days per week
$9.99/week
Pricing is based on the number of different scheduled collection days each week, not the number of individual bins. If trash and recycling are collected on the same day, that counts as one collection day.
At signup, your payment method is securely saved through Stripe and nothing is charged. After Curb Crazy confirms your service, your selected plan is billed as a recurring weekly subscription through Stripe and renews weekly until canceled.
6. Cancellation
There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, subject to the terms in our Cancellation Policy.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it to manage your signup, service, billing, and support.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes or as needed to meet legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect.
